I work primarily with adults and older teens, supporting people through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and experiences related to neurodivergence.
My work is rooted in a client-centered approach. I draw from evidence-based therapies, such as ACT and DBT, and tailor these tools so they feel aligned with each person’s values, strengths, and long-term goals.
