I am a holistic and compassionate therapist who wants to help you experience self-acceptance, growth, and well-being. I offer guidance to clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, disordered eating, and body image issues. I also work with artists, athletes, and young adults, including neurodivergent clients (ADHD/autism). In session we can also explore meditation, journaling, and somatic techniques to calm the nervous system, healing body/mind/spirit.
