I am honored to have the experience of holding people's most painful moments, helping them in processing and moving forward with courage and hope. I use an integrative, non-judgmental approach to my therapy that can include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a well researched modality used to process trauma. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and communication training giving you specific strategies to help you take what you learn and apply these tools in your day-to-day life. Please note: I only offer online therapy. In addition to insurance (below) I offer a private pay sliding scale.
I see adult individuals in therapy (no couples, families or children). My sessions are offered online, which allows you to meet with me from the comfort of your own surroundings. Payments are made thru a safe, HIPAA compliant, app that was created just for therapists. You can pay with any credit card through this app.
