I have been working in the mental health field for approximately 12 years, treating ADHD, depression, self esteem issues, family issues and relationship issues. During my time as a therapist, I have learned; no two situations are the same and emotional uncertainty, impulsivity, and lack of communication creates difficulties with family and friends. Using a holistic approach, I truly believe we can get through these tough times together.
"What is with the horse?" I am an "outside of the box" therapist, who uses in office and out of office activities to assist reaching your treatment goals. At times I use horses as part of my treatment approach; to facilitate trust, decrease impulsivity, to enhance relationship and communication issues.
