Welcome! I am a dynamic, compassionate, client centered therapist providing online psychotherapy and sex therapy to adult clients in Maryland & DC. I help those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and difficulties with relationships, intimacy and sex who prefer the convenience of online therapy. I use an integration of complimentary treatment modalities tailored to meet my clients needs in order to help them gain healthy coping mechanisms, identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, reduce and manage unwanted feelings and symptoms, and build resilience to navigate life's challenges and transitions.
In my sex therapy work I treat adults experiencing infidelity, desire and frequency concerns, sexual anxiety and inhibitions; arousal and function disorders; and sexual challenges resulting from medical conditions, surgeries, aging, past trauma and communication problems with partners. All sexual & romantic orientations are warmly welcomed.
I am extensively trained in sex therapy & human sexuality, with over 20 years of specialized post graduate education via AASECT approved institutes, supervisors & educators.
