Hello there! My role as a therapist is one of the most sacred aspects of my life. I operate from a person-centered approach that works to make therapy most beneficial for the person in the room. I value a compassionate, empathetic, relationship that allows you as the client to explore and express themselves openly. I have experience with utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with adolescents & adults.
