We will collaborate to create a personalized Trauma-Informed therapy experience, drawing on modalities centered in Mindfulness, Somatic and Relational awareness including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR for Complex Trauma or PTSD, and Gottman Relationship Therapy to build skills life's for most painful moments and improve day to day experience.
