I believe that the foundation of the therapeutic relationship begins with the connection between myself and you. Therapy should embrace the interwoven aspects (psychological, physical, spiritual components) of our personhood. What has happened in our past does color what happens now and has impact on our future. By discovering both what we do and why we do it, we can find healing and relief from our past.
I serve adults, couples, and young adults 18 and over. I specialize in women's issues, sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, betrayal, and grief/loss. I offer faith-based counseling upon request. I am EMDR therapy trained.
