About
I use a person-centered, individualized approach for therapy. On our journey together, I hope to help you become connected to your authentic self and to recognize the roadblocks and choices that can prevent or advance you along the path to obtaining your greater potential. Therapy is about sharing your real life story and knowing another person wants to listen, without judgment. We are all human beings walking a similar road. I would like the opportunity to walk that road with you. I would be honored to work with you in your quest for better psychological health.
I did my predoctoral internship at the Memphis VA Medical Center and my postdoctoral training at Scott and White and TAMU Medical Science Center in Temple. I completed a Fellowship in clinical psychology with an emphasis in end of life, grief, and bereavement.
My mentor and adviser in graduate school was the prestigious psychiatrist and Jungian Analyst, David H. Rosen, M.D., who was the first holder of the McMillan Professorship in Analytical Psychology at TAMU. I helped Dr. Rosen coordinate the Fay Lectures Series in Analytical Psychology for several years.
