As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I specialize in Systems Therapy; a holistic approach to psychotherapy that considers the impact your relationships have on the issues you're facing. My approach is focused on your strengths and helping you to get to know yourself (and others) better. For over 14 years, I've been working with people who want to improve the relationships most important to them. I especially enjoy helping women who are facing issues such as divorce, career change, grief and loss, parenting struggles, difficulty establishing relationship boundaries or, a desire to explore identity and self-esteem.
I love helping people solve relationship puzzles and explore whatever is getting in the way of experiencing their full potential. Together, we can figure out the messages and modeling that have been passed on to you generationally and how this impacts the way you show up in your relationships and function in your daily life.
