My training includes Equine Assisted Therapy, EMDR, PIT, DART, RLT, PACT, SFT, TEB, Nutrition Therapy, Food Addiction and Integrative Mental Health.
In addition to specializing in individual and couple's work using family of origin, I am now a Professional Food Addiction Coach helping people to break the cycle of shame around food.
