Losing my father to a sudden heart attack when I was eleven years old inspired me to become a therapist. I wanted to create a safe space for people to talk about uncomfortable emotions in order to get to the other side. Later in my life as a mother I learned how important it is do our own inner work to raise conscious children and heal past traumas.
