I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience. I quickly realized my passion for helping people overcome anxiety and depression, which led me to start my work as a therapist, primarily focusing on adolescents and adults. I have a deep passion for assisting my clients through life transitions and helping them overcome barriers to achieving their goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Tennessee. I have worked with children and families in a residential setting, focusing on family reunification and behavior modification. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is used to help clients process trauma.
