I attended one of the nation's first full Somatic Psychology schools - supporting the body-mind connection via an attachment lens. As a white therapist, I am trained in centering Black, Indigenous & diverse clients of color and am thoroughly trained in LGBTQIA2S+ and Transgender Mental Health. I have completed level 1 of the Trauma Resiliency Model as well.
