My ideal clients are couples who want deeper connection, trust, and intimacy but face obstacles that prevent progress. They struggle with ingrained communication patterns that hinder growth. Their goal is to heal, confront painful truths, and create healthier ways of being together. They need guidance in understanding their behaviors, honoring past survival strategies, and building lasting change. My specialties include infidelity, should we stay together, long-standing resentments and power imbalances, emotional shut-down partners, low self-esteem, grandiosity, intimacy struggles, and differing wants and needs.
I help couples transform relationships by turning challenges into opportunities for deeper connection, trust, and intimacy. Using Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I blend compassionate listening with direct coaching to address unhealthy patterns. Dysfunctional behaviors were once survival strategies and should be honored to make space for healthier changes.
