Ever feel like your brain won't "turn off"? Maybe your anxiety is through the roof, you're constantly people-pleasing, battling burnout, struggling with OCD-intrusive thoughts, or feeling like no matter what you do, it's never enough. I'm Patrick, a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional specializing in anxiety, OCD-related concerns, trauma, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ issues. Alongside me is Charlie, my certified therapy dog. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space where you can better understand your experiences, process challenges, build self-trust, and reconnect with your strengths.

As a clinician, I like to approach clients from not only a person-centered approach, but through an eclectic mix of research-based, and trauma informed strategies from principles of CBT, ACT, ERP, DBT and Narrative Therapy. That way not only does someone gain a better self of self, but overall a stronger sense of self-worth.

One of the things I value most in my work is accessibility and responsiveness. When you’re going through something difficult, feeling like someone is there and will get back to you matters. I do my best to respond promptly and to make sure you feel supported and not alone as we work through things together.
