Ever been told you’re “too much,” or feel you're stuck in your own head, anxiety through the roof, or told you're a people pleaser? Feeling burnout? Or you just get down on yourself, and feel no matter what you do, it's "not enough?" I’m Patrick, and as a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD-related concerns, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ issues. Alongside me is Charlie, my certified therapy dog. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space to explore your feelings, process challenges, and reconnect with your strengths while building self-trust.

As a clinician, I like to approach clients from not only a person-centered approach, but through an eclectic of research-based, and trauma informed strategies from principles of CBT, ACT, ERP, DBT and Narrative Therapy. That way not only does someone gain a better self of themselves, but overall a stronger sense of self-worth.
