I predominantly provide Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). My approach is to partner with clients, helping them unburden themselves from extreme beliefs, troubling thoughts, and intense emotions so that they can move through life with greater ease and grace.
I serve children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various problems, including life transitions, the impacts of trauma, grief, school problems, depression & anxiety, and beyond. I predominantly use Internal Family Systems Therapy but also other modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, sand tray, and play therapy.
