I assist people to recover from traumatic types of experiences, greatly improve their self-esteem and sense of what's possible, and let go of bad habits and limiting beliefs. I also assist people in letting go of past relationships so they can move on with their lives. And I assist people in becoming motivated to do important projects or necessary tasks.
Self-esteem is something I'm very passionate about because it affects every area of a person's life. Because of this, I've been specializing in assisting people to let go of ideas about themselves that have been negatively affecting the way they feel about themselves.
I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP. I taught NLP to hypnotherapists for 14 years as part of a Hypnotherapy Certification Training in Santa Fe, N.M. I have been certified as Master Practitioner of NLP since 2003, and as a Hypnotherapist since 1997.
