I help adults from all over the US heal from trauma utilizing EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, and Narrative Therapy, and I provide Consultation and Training for professionals on the path to becoming EMDR Therapists. EMDR focuses on traumatic memories, and triggers, reducing the vividness of these memories, as well as fixing negative thoughts by changing the way they’re stored in the brain, and allowing you to adequately process the information.
