I work with adults and teens who are ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve them and build a life that feels calmer, more balanced, and more connected. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices to help you develop practical strategies for managing challenges while fostering long-term resilience and self-awareness. What makes my work unique is that I don’t see myself as the expert in your life, you are.
My role is to walk alongside you, offering perspective, skills, and support as you make meaningful changes. I believe healing grows from relationships built on trust, empathy, and respect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone, text, or email so you can see if I feel like the right fit for you.
My communication style is typically relaxed and informal, designed to put clients at ease, so that they can show up any way that feels comfortable for them. I try to meet clients exactly where they are, inviting them to be however they might be with a friend or relative. Preaching or talking down to others helps no one.
