I can assist you in hearing what you are really saying at a deeper level. You hold within yourself the wisdom that will help you move forward. I work from a variety of perspectives that can help you connect with this inner wisdom, through depth psychology, somatic (listening to our body) work, mindfulness, meditation, and Brainspotting.
Together we can discover ways to resolve the current challenges that disrupt life, but also open a space to heal the source of these difficulties and identify strengths to open a new level of awareness, creativity, and transformation.
