You may look like you are functioning on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, depressed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much.
I work with LGBTQIA+ population, adults, young adults, who are trying to understand themselves, heal from the past, and move through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, family wounds, substance use and major life or career transitions. Many of my clients are questioning what comes next, who they are, what they want, and where they belong.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Eclectic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
