I work with individuals who are hoping to create meaning in their lives. I regularly work with teens and adults who want to address a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, academic/career stress, relationship issues, men’s issues, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with individuals who are navigating grief/loss and have a history of trauma.
Part of being human is struggling or getting stuck from time to time. In session, I encourage clients to be curious about and be present with their mind-body experiences. I believe this helps clients expand in how they relate to their experiences and supports them in living life according to what truly matters to them.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey built on warmth and trust. Using a trauma-informed lens, I tailor my integrative approach incorporating ACT, Interpersonal Process, and Humanistic therapies, while honoring their environmental and cultural context. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused approaches to support their growth when needed.
