I am open to new clients willing to meet during the day! I cannot accept any couples or adolescents at this time. My personal philosophy is that through human connection, we can foster the motivation needed to take brave steps toward seeing an old pattern through a new perspective to create positive change. Therapy serves as a road map, illuminating the path so the client can make conscious choices. My attitude is one of respect and acceptance of each client's self-image and world-view allowing for the creation of a safe, therapeutic container.
I don't have a specific specialty or focus, aside from using newer cognitive behavioral models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and training in relational therapies. I prefer to remain open to all needs in my practice as I appreciate seeing a diverse group of clients.
Please don't hesitate to reach out! I respond to both email and phone calls. I'd love to talk with you for a bit (at no charge) to see if we're going to be a good fit!
