I will support you in making the changes you want to make, but I do not use worksheets or assign homework.
My clients have described me as patient, validating and fun. I have special interests in anxiety, work stress, religious trauma, masculinity, and the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. I'm an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community and I use he/him pronouns.
