Accepting New Clients as of 8/20/2024. Since weekdays are hectic I do offer weekend appointments. My primary focuses are OCD and Interpersonal Relationships, as well as Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma work. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink affirming, race, gender, class affirming and many more and proud of each. Whatever your identity there will always be a spot for you at the table. Let's break some cycles. I also offer sliding scale sessions of $60 for people without insurance or with high deductibles.
I use an array of modalities including CBT, DBT, ERP, EFT, and Radical Acceptance with an emphasis on mixing modalities to determine the best fit for the client as an individual rather than forcing a one size fits all model. In addition, I like to use humor as a healing tool, so we'll be working hard and laughing harder. I offer sliding scale for clients.
