With a foundation in mindfulness practices and nervous system awareness, I guide clients in developing tools to stay present and grounded when encountering moments of stress or reactivity. I specialize in helping clients slow down, reconnect and heal via a mindful, person-centered and trauma-informed approach. My work supports clients building emotional self-regulation, improving communication and gently unpacking the deeper wounds that often fuel conflict and disconnection. This is a safe space for people from all backgrounds and walks of life and unconditional positive regard for the individual is the cornerstone of my practice!
I primarily practice from an existential and person-centered modality, however this is my second career and I am still learning new things every day and I meet my clients "where they are."
