I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not yourself, therapy can help—and so can finding the right therapist. Personally and professionally, I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, coming out, aging, narcissistic dynamics, and interpersonal struggles. My own journey through some of these challenges gives me both empathy and insight—and I know change is possible. Therapy, for me, is about helping you move toward a more authentic and integrated self. Life can pull us in many directions—family, relationships, career, expectations—but beneath it all, there is a core part of you that knows what you need. My role is to guide and support your self-discovery, healing, and growth.
I grew up between cultures—born in Texas, raised in Brazil and Chile—and speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. These experiences taught me early on how to connect with people from all walks of life, and that’s something I carry into every session. I meet people where they are, with empathy, respect, and a focus on what actually helps.
