About
As a seasoned depth psychologist formally trained in exploring the depths of being human, I will work collaboratively with you to get to the root of what ails you. I find cultivating an affirming, caring stance allows an individual to move more readily towards healing and the resolution of problems and difficulties. Consequently, you can be the person you want to be thereby realizing greater personal agency and generating more successful relationships. The heart and soul of my practice involves working with chronic shame, gender and sexuality issues, life transitions, grief, loss, trauma, dissociated self-states, self exploration.
Utilizing a holistic, integrative approach to address the entirety of your experience, my objective is to create an inviting, nurturing, safe space and by doing so, confront challenges that may keep you feeling frustrated, conflicted, and blocked from creating meaningful and lasting changes. The therapy is tailored to meet your unique individual needs.
Together in therapy, we identify the challenges life presents and work with these so that they may become teachers illuminating the path to a brighter, more prosperous future. By more fully accepting yourself and attending to your basic human goodness, you can more readily embrace the heart and soul of the world. Please visit my website for more . . .
