The most common issues I help with are life stress, emotional trauma, life changes, relationship difficulties, persistent term mental health issues (such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism), and workplace difficulties. Whatever may be prompting your interest, my approach is collaborative and adaptable, designed to meet your needs in the way that feels most comfortable and supportive for you. I use concepts from a number of mental health modalities depending on the needs of the client. For emotional trauma, I use Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
In addition to counseling, I'm a neurofeedback and neurostimulation (neurotherapy) provider. Neurotherapy often is helpful for clients who do not make sufficient progress through other mental health care approaches. It is typically not covered by insurance companies. Fees are $130 for intake and $65 per session there after.
