I have been there and have the training, education, and experience to tailor your therapy to your specific wants and needs.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD symptoms to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment and focused treatments to help you feel more secure, calm, and understood.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out. Know that there is nothing you can tell me that I have not heard. If I can't help or am not the right provider for you, I will help direct you to someone who is. I provide that safe and trusting place for you to begin your journey to mental health wellness and joy.
