My mission is to provide effective therapy services in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that promotes personal growth, health, and spiritual well-being. I approach therapy and assessment in a practical and collaborative manner.
I specialize in addressing issues related to cultural diversity and working with communities of color. I work to support and empower individuals to thrive by enhancing their well-being. I provide social skills groups, individual therapy and evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
I approach therapy and assessment in a practical and collaborative manner. You want to see change and have positive results in your life. Feeling better within a therapy session is great but the real goal is being able to apply insights from treatment into your everyday life. We work together to discover the changes needed to reach your optimal health.

Social Skills Groups
This group focuses on helping to develop friendship skills, reduce social anxiety, improve the ability to manage feelings of frustration, and build confidence in social situations. Lessons and hands-on activities are used to help kids practice self-reflection, self-management, and social skills. This group is designed to teach critical social skills that your child is having difficulty picking up. In the group, participants learn these skills in an environment that’s structured, but feels natural. www.nhws.us
