About
Hello and thank you for stopping by. I help couples, families, and individuals improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to handle anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and more. Couples often find themselves struggling with communication and conflict resolution. I help repair and rebuild the connection between partners, teaching evidence based skills on how to state needs, set healthy boundaries, and bring harmony back into the relationship. Currently, I am working virtually with both GA and TX clients. In-office appointments will become available in Frisco, TX around mid-December 2022.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I see couples miscommunicate or not communicate at all, misunderstand, misinterpret, and come to false conclusions. I do my best to help you clear that up and and gain confidence about what you give to the relationship. Accepting individual responsibility and taking ownership are liberating choices and hallmarks of growth.
All of us have times in our lives during which help is useful to make better sense of circumstances and how to navigate them. I care greatly about people experiencing more peace of mind and confidence as they face their challenges.
