I've been a therapist for 35 years. I've worked in the public and private sectors with those suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Personality Disorders, and those with serious mental illness.
I have had extensive training in Psychodrama, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Guided Meditation, and Group Therapy. I've have worked extensively with the criminal justice system and the courts. I work with you at your pace and with what you think will best help you. I can use life experience if it can benefit you.
