Welcome. I am currently accepting new clients for summer with openings on Thursday and Friday and offer telehealth services only. Life can be challenging and sometimes we need to connect while navigating through those times. These challenges can include relationships, life transitions, parenting, work-life balance, ongoing stressors, or our own past to name a few.
I have worked in mental health for over 10 years and have been in private practice for over 5 years. I have experience in treating clients with depression, anxiety, trauma. I value the mind-body connection and feel it is imperative in health and healing and focus on this throughout the therapeutic relationship.
If you think I could be of any help to you, please reach out to contact me. We can schedule a 15-minute phone consult to discuss what you are looking for and figure out if we would be a good therapeutic fit. Thank you.
