With 30 years as a therapist and Family Coach, I help families affected by addiction create actionable plans for positive change. Using my expertise in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) and lived experience, I guide families in setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and supporting lasting recovery with proven strategies.

I offer personalized, one-on-one coaching and support, guiding families through addiction recovery with compassion and practical strategies.
