Many individuals with ADHD have spent years feeling misunderstood, or criticized for difficulties related to organization, emotional regulation, follow-through, or communication. Together, we work to better understand how ADHD affects your daily life, relationships, and sense of self while developing greater self-compassion and healthier patterns.
