Therapy is more than just something you “do” or you’re “in”; it’s a living, breathing thing. The relationship is the most important component of a successful experience in therapy. I hope our relationship will serve as the North Star on your journey. I work with a range of issues and have special interests in depression, anxiety and trauma.
Using various approaches, including a somatic therapy called Brainspotting, I help my clients locate, process and resolve underlying trauma that can manifest in behavioral, emotional or even physical problems.
My office space, in the beautiful Southpark area of Charlotte, is a refuge from the chaos of the world where you can feel safe, be vulnerable, and build faith and trust in yourself, others and the world around you once again.
