I believe that each individual has the capacity to heal and to find the answers within. My role as a therapist is to create a safe non-judgmental space to empower you to be your authentic self and to guide you on your journey to healing. I know what it means to sit beside people in life’s most intense moments whether during a crisis or within the quieter, deeply personal battles they carry inside. I respect the courage it takes to show up, be vulnerable and speak honestly. I offer a steady, grounded space where you can gently explore trauma, intrusive thoughts, painful memories, and emotions shaped by shame, guilt, or fear.

My 23 plus years as a first responder have provided me with a unique perspective for trauma informed therapy and allowed me an expansive lens and deeper understanding of a variety of challenges, trauma, and past painful experiences people endure. I work with a variety of concerns including life stressors/challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief & trauma.

I take an integrative approach grounded in person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solutions focused, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to join you on this journey to discover that hope and healing are within your reach.
