Announcement icon I am currently seeing clients for both in-person visits with proof of full vaccination, or virtually via telehealth.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for in-person sessions in the Edina office only, or virtually for all clients in MN and CA. I offer psychotherapy for young adults and adults struggling with major life transitions who have been curious about developing deeper insight into their own lives. Maybe you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or misunderstood; exhausted, but still in need of something more; or unsure of the future but trying to find the motivation to seek out things that bring joy and a sense of purpose. And with all of this, maybe you’re grieving the loss of a part of yourself, your community, workplace, or family.
I offer the opportunity for you to grow, to look inward and see the old patterns and beliefs that cause distress and hold you back, to observe and name the grief you might be experiencing, and to grapple with the big questions you're asking, or even feel afraid to ask. My approach is relational, process-oriented, compassionate, and of course confidential.
In spite of everything, you’re looking to change the ways you relate to yourself and others. You want to heal relationships and grow. In our sessions, we work together to help make that happen, to make lasting change. Your journey does not have to be walked alone.
