I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as self-destructive behaviors, relationship struggles, and the effects of trauma. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 trained therapist , a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate, a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP), and an Associate Licensed Counselor.
