Hi, I’m Patrick Burns, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps adults find calm, clarity, and confidence when anxiety, stress, trauma, or life transitions feel overwhelming. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who feel stuck, on edge, or emotionally exhausted—and want practical tools that actually work. I provide help for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress related to demanding careers, including law enforcement, military, and other high-responsibility roles. My approach is grounded, supportive, and goal-oriented—helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and life.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith in a respectful and clinically sound way. My work is inspired by the Gaelic concept of Caim—a hedge of protection—creating a therapeutic space where you can feel safe, supported, and strengthened as you heal.
