About

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or no longer recognize this version of yourself. Or, perhaps you're feeling generally dissatisfied. Maybe you've tried "fixing" problems with limited results. Therapy is about understanding who you are and what you need in the present, prioritizing needs with realistic expectations, and fostering growth in a meaningful and sustainable way. Stress, perceived failure, and/or hopelessness don't have to define you. Our lived experiences inform, they don't define. I will help you create space in your life to strengthen what's already there, and sustainably build the rest with purpose and intention.
As a partner in your growth, I acknowledge and accept that each person is unique, and has their own story. My range of expertise, including talk psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches are all tailored to meet your specific needs, and reach your desired outcomes.
Starting therapy can sometimes feel challenging, especially if you're already stressed. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for growth with humor, compassion, and understanding. We start where you are in this process using a lens of curiosity and compassion, and then move toward your destination from there. Even a GPS is useless without a starting point.
