I specialize in working with people who experience difficult life transitions to move through tough emotions to find purpose and meaning in their lives, while helping them find their true potential. I also specialize in helping individuals who have are experiencing a faith-based crisis, processing spiritual trauma or exploring spirituality. I have experience in working with adults, adolescents and families.
If you are new to therapy or have been in therapy before, I will work with you to make lasting change and reach the goals you want. I believe it is important to meet each individual where they are at in the therapy process to allow them to focus on making choices that reflect their values by utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach.
