I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor & Certified Rehabilitation Counselor providing evidenced based mental health care and vocational counseling for adolescents and adults. I specialize working with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders & have since 1996. I enjoy working with individuals facing difficult life circumstances, challenging adjustments, and reconciling past issues. I also have over 14 years of Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling experience and provide employment support services including comprehensive vocational counseling, adjustment counseling, and vocational testing & assessments. I operate from a core of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and draw from a variety of disciplines including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt.
