EMDR is one of my specialties because I've seen how powerfully it helps people process the past so it no longer drives the present. I integrate neuroscience, EMDR, somatic interventions, mindfulness, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to help create lasting change beyond what insight alone can achieve.
