My ideal client is someone who comes to me feeling like they've been carrying something heavy for a long time -anxiety that will not quieten, depression that dims the color out of life, or memories of painful experiences that still feel too close. If that resonates with you, I want you to know you don't have to keep carrying it alone. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and I have seen how much is possible when people feel truly safe and supported. I am not here to hand you a checklist or tell you who to be. My approach is warm and collaborative. I'm here to sit with you, understand your story, and help you find your way through it.
I draw on Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you realize and gently shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck along with mindfulness-based practices to help build a kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself in the present moment. For trauma, I'm trained in EMDR -a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps difficult process experiences.
I believe healing isn't about erasing the past -it's about reclaiming your present and feeling hopeful about your future.
