In the privacy of our phones or computers, let's work as a team to address the things that have long bothered you. I am interested in many different issues that the people I see bring to therapy. . Some of these include bipolar, depression, long term anxiety or panic disorder, life changes, and relationship/partner concerns. Each person or couple is unique. I am taking new clients at the moment and would love to meet you. Let's see if we are a good fit for each other. Also, I work on a sliding scale. Call me about that.

My approach to bipolar treatment is comprehensive, unique and based on guidelines to receive concurrent medical (meds) and counseling care. Online therapy works best with mild to moderate cases. I integrate therapies for other issues and look to the client for helpful feedback on what is working.

Therapy works best if we form a strong connection, and many folks comment that they have greater trust and more privacy with online settings. It's convenient for people on the go and sessions can take up a work lunch hour or some idle time during the day, while minimizing travel (and saving money on gas!). Plus, I love what I do, and my clients know it.
