Often our sessions will involve acquiring various coping mechanisms and techniques, such as Mindfulness or breathwork, to integrate into your daily life for comfort and tranquility, or simply for being present. We may work together and utilize EMDR to reprocess certain traumatic events and challenge negative core beliefs.

I offer guidance and direction while your autonomy will be emphasized as we focus on your goals and needs during your time here. This might include exploring deeper into your emotions and understanding trauma dynamics and how they have impacted you, empowering you to understand your thoughts, feelings and body more adequately.
