I have over 7 years of experience in crisis counseling and intervention. I have worked with all ages and backgrounds. I believe in treating clients holistically, to help reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life. I have experience in Trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, Couples Therapy, and Crisis.
